This is our signature product. The wrappers of the fish skin dumplings are made from thin and elastic fish skin, which is specially processed to retain its toughness and freshness. The filling consists of minced pork, shrimp, and Chaoshan-specific seasonings (such as white pepper and green onions) mixed together. During production, the filling is wrapped in the fish skin and shaped into dumplings. After being cooked, the freshness of the fish skin perfectly blends with the savory flavor of the filling. When you take a bite, you first feel the smoothness of the fish skin, followed by the rich texture of the filling bursting in your mouth, filled with the iconic umami flavor of the Chaoshan region.
