Pepper Pork Stomach Meatballs

Chaoshan-style seasonings such as minced ginger, minced garlic, white pepper, salt, sugar, and light soy sauce are added, along with a small amount of starch to enhance stickiness. After thorough mixing, the mixture is manually squeezed into meatball shapes and boiled in a pot. Pork meatballs are juicy and savory, with a rich meaty flavor complemented by the distinctive taste of the seasonings.
