Frozen Shrimp Balls
Fresh and plump shrimp are selected, with their shells and veins removed, while the whole shrimp meat is retained. Part of the shrimp meat is chopped into a paste and mixed with the whole shrimp pieces. A small amount of starch, egg white, salt, white pepper, and other seasonings are added, followed by thorough mixing.
