Originating from Chaoshan, China, Chaoshi has specialized in the frozen meat product and specialty ingredient industry for 15 years. Our core products include Chaoshan Beef Tendon Balls, Beef Balls, live-frozen aquatic products (e.g., clams, oysters), and Chaoshan-style prepared dishes. Leveraging the advantages of “inheriting traditional craftsmanship + modern quality control,” our products have obtained HACCP and ISO22000 food safety certifications, and fully comply with Vietnam’s food import standards set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD).
In recent years, we have focused on the Southeast Asian market, achieving stable supply to regions such as Hong Kong (China) . We now plan to further expand into the Vietnamese market—taking advantage of Vietnamese consumers’ acceptance of Chinese cuisine and the popularity of hot pot and catering scenarios. II. Recruitment Targets & Cooperation Positions
This recruitment covers all regions of Vietnam and key cities (e.g., Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Haiphong). We offer two types of cooperation roles—”Distributor” and “Agent”—and partners can choose the model that matches their resources:

III. Core Requirements for Partners
- Compliance with Qualifications: Possess a valid Vietnamese business license and Food Operation License (Giấy chứng nhận kinh doanh thực phẩm), with no illegal food operation records or poor business credit.
- Channel Resources:
- Distributors must cover at least 2 types of core channels in the target region (e.g., hot pot restaurants, Chinese restaurants, local supermarkets, agricultural product wholesale markets).
- Agents must have the ability to integrate cross-regional channels or experience in serving chain catering and large-scale retail clients.
- Operational Capabilities: Have a sales team of no less than [3-5] people, sufficient warehousing space (minimum 100㎡ recommended, with required frozen storage equipment), and cold chain distribution capabilities (priority given to those covering 24-hour delivery in the region).
- Aligned Philosophy: Recognize our brand’s concept of “quality first, long-term win-win,” be willing to cooperate in product promotion activities (e.g., hot pot tastings, in-store samplings), and accept our quality control and pricing system management.
IV. Cooperation Support We Provide
To help partners launch their business quickly and achieve profitability, we offer comprehensive support in four dimensions: “brand, product, operation, and after-sales”:
1. Brand & Marketing Support
- Provide unified branding and promotional materials (product brochures, posters, sample packs) and assist in designing Vietnamese-language promotional content.
- Co-host regional marketing events with partners (e.g., catering channel tastings, supermarket promotions) and cover part of the event costs.
- Authorize the use of our brand logo and “Chaoshan Specialty Ingredients” IP to enhance end-consumer awareness.
2. Product & Supply Chain Support
- Stable supply guarantee: We have a modern production base in Shantou, Guangdong (with a daily capacity of 18 tons), adjacent to the Pingxiang Port (a key logistics hub on the China-Vietnam border). This enables 72-hour delivery to major Vietnamese cities. We also support quarterly stock-up planning to reduce partners’ inventory pressure.
- Quality assurance: Each batch of products is accompanied by a Certificate of Quality. For unsold products caused by quality issues, we provide return or exchange support.
- Priority access to new products: Future Chaoshan-style prepared dishes (e.g., braised lion-head geese, Chaoshan Fish Balls) will be prioritized for partners to test-market.
3. Operation & Training Support
- Pre-launch training: Free training on product knowledge, sales skills, and channel development (combined online + offline) to help teams quickly grasp product selling points.
- Customized sales plans: Assist in formulating targeted sales strategies based on partners’ channel characteristics (e.g., bulk purchase discounts for catering channels, combined promotion plans for supermarket channels).

4. Policy & After-Sales Support
- Initial order discount: A [5%] discount on the first order if the total quantity reaches [27] tons.
